If any beads arrive damaged or something is missing from your box, please email us at support@kraftika.shop and include a photo if possible. We’ll help resolve the issue and replace damaged or missing items.
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an expired holding period, or failure to collect it, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
