When your Czech Beads Exclusive box will be sent - you will receive automatic notifications to your address, that you had left during the subscription. If you have not received e-mail - please check your spam box or contact our support team - we are always very happy to hear from you!
No returns accepted for already sent boxes. But you can always cancel your subscription for the next boxes. If we will receive unclaimed parcel - we will always contact you and send your parcel back to you.
- Shipping costs are $5 worldwide. No matter where you are - we will ship your Czech Beads Exclusive box from Prague, Czech Republic (Bohemia, Europe). We send everything by Priority AVIA post (with tracking number and insurance against damage and lost).
- We send the box on the same date every month – the date of your first subscription. For example, your first subscription was September 15th, so we will send your next box on October 15th, November 15th, etc.
- APPROXIMATE Delivery time to USA – 5-9 calendar days via Priority AVIA post (with a tracking number and insurance). APPROXIMATE Delivery time to Europe – 3-7 calendar days via Priority AVIA post (with a tracking number and insurance).
- Please, take into consideration that the deadline to receive a box is 30 days from the shipping day. In case, you will not pick it up on time and box will be returned back, this period can be extended up to 60 days (we will receive and send it back). We recommend checking your mailbox regularly.
Beads that will be out of stock can be substituted with the other beads.
